We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Manager to join our team as we embark upon an exciting new chapter. Reporting to the Managing Director and as a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of our manufacturing facility. With aspirations for growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our company both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Our ideal candidate will have the following.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics or related sectors.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, with a track record of achieving targets and driving profitability.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficient in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
