Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team in Enniskillen.
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks in the Production Area, including mechanical assembly and wiring.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet strict quality criteria.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams to assemble and test electronic products.
- Operate and maintain production machinery and tools efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and soldering techniques is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
