You will report directly to the Test Department Supervisor, providing support on customer queries and assisting in compiling reports. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Test electronic assemblies in line with related test procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Able to interpret and follow test procedure in regard to setting up and using general Test Equipment, Bench PSU, DVM, Oscilloscope, automated and dedicated test equipment etc.
- Assist in developing Test Procedures to meet Customer test requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical customer feedback reports.
- Enhance and maintain the knowledge base within the department.
Desirable:
- An interest in Electronic/Electrical engineering and have relevant work experience
- Experience in fault finding electronic assemblies using a variety of test equipment would be advantageous
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Interpret Electronic Circuit Diagrams
- An awareness of Electrical/Electronic properties
